Hello everyone! I know that there are other topics posted about this but, I hear alot of people saying they don't have time to work out or they hate mornings etc.....To be honest, I can be that person at times!!

Would you comment below with your busy schedule! Sometimes it helps to motivate me if I can look and say...."SEE..they had success on a busy schedule!!" Include anything you want....workout plan, times, and success stories!!

    Thank you in advance!

I'm one of those people who basically has no time to work out. Some days I can get some time in and some days I can't-- but I can usually only get 2 days in. I am a married mother of an 11 month old with a traveling husband. I am essentially a single working mother; I can't get up at 5 and go to the gym and then come home and get ready for the day.

5:45 am get up, run around the house getting dressed/brushing teeth as quickly as possible before son wakes up, if he hasn't already
6:15 son wakes up. feed him, get him ready
6:50 take care of dogs, gather lunch for the day, get coat and hat on son
7:05 head to daycare and work (40 minutes away)
8:00 arrive at work, 30 minute lunch at noon
5:10 pm pick son up from daycare
5:30 arrive home, make son's supper, feed him
6:00 play with son, bath time, bedtime routine
    7:00 son goes to bed
    7:15 make my supper, eat
7:45 or 8:00 wash dishes, bottles, prepare breakfast and lunch for next day, nightly chores (laundry, get son's bag ready for next day, etc.)
8:30 if not too exhausted, get on elliptical for 30 minutes.
    9:00 shower
    9:30 relax on couch
    10:00 bed

There are many many nights in which my son thinks that his bedtime of 7:00 is only a nap and wakes up by 8 or 8:30. We then stay up for an hour until he's ready to sleep again. So, no time for exercise for me. Generally the only exercise I get is on the weekends when my husband is home and can watch my son while I go to the gym or get on our elliptical.

So yeah, there's only so much time in the day and although it would be lovely to be able to exercise every day, it's just not practical for everybody. I've lost 42 lbs in 95 days with very little exercise, so it can be done.

Honestly, the only way I can fit it in is getting up at 5. Im so not a morning person, I just have to suck it up. Makes it easier if you go to bed at a decent hour. I just had to accept that I wouldn't have much time for tv or leisure activities during the week.
