Never really tried to see what my one rep max is.. Chest day tomorrow, let's see..
I would agree that 315 should be doable for your 1RM, maybe a little more. However, you might have trouble hitting it if you aren't used to doing low reps near 300lbs since high and low reps tax the body in somewhat different ways.
