I will workout extra for a glass of wine!! :drinker:0

What kind of wine do you like Moscato !!!!!! :drinker:0

It's counted as carbs but your body processes as fat and sodium. Keep that in mind and go enjoy your wine!0

I am a red wine drinker.. As long as you keep it down below half a bottle a night ( that was me) you will be fine. Especially if you have the space in your calories. The antioxidants in red wine help fight free radicals that can cause fat gain. If you drink red wine, then I am sure you have heard of the "French Paradox" the foods they eat are higher in carbs and fat but they seem to hold together better than others..Red wine and its antioxidant packed self has been linked to this. Read the "The Red Wine Diet" if you would like more info. My answer is go for it just keep it in moderation0

I love wine!! I have three bottles in my fridge right now! Hey, if I'm still losing and I have the calories...why not?! I love wine.0

If the question is wine, the answer is yes. I like reds, but the spring Roses are out and I have a weakness for them. They look innocent, but typically pack a 13%abv punch.0

Then Wine It is. I eat about 1400 calories and well I think i can go for a run and burn at least 150 to make more room0

Definite YES!!! Nothing wrong with a glass of wine (or a bottle)! :drinker:0

I'm a fan of the wine and try to keep it to two glasses a night. My trainer says that it is okay in moderation, especially if you have the calories and are eating well and not doing this late at night.
I only have about ten to lose, and I bet if I gave up wine altogether, I would lose it quickly. But that's not going to happen! Moderation I can do. :-)0 -
Only a glass??
