I'm not sure the extra salt is a good idea, though - water retention, anyone? LOL0 -
Butter light popcorn - 30 calories per cup
Medium granny smith apple - 80 calories
Fresh pineapple - 100 calories for 200 grams (appx a cup) <
one of my favorites
100 calorie Yoplait Greek Yogurt Peach, Tropical fruit, Strawberry, etc - 100 cals <
another favorite (high in protein)
Cucumbers & baby carrots - very low in calories (you can add hidden valley light ranch to dip which is 40 cals per Tbsp)
Laughing cow light cheese spreads - 35 calories (spreadable which would be great on whole wheat toast or with sliced turkey)

Haha! They're little cheddar crackers in the shape of a goldfish. It does sound quite odd.
