    I'm not sure the extra salt is a good idea, though - water retention, anyone? LOL

    Butter light popcorn - 30 calories per cup
    Medium granny smith apple - 80 calories
    Fresh pineapple - 100 calories for 200 grams (appx a cup) <
    one of my favorites
    100 calorie Yoplait Greek Yogurt Peach, Tropical fruit, Strawberry, etc - 100 cals <
    another favorite (high in protein)
    Cucumbers & baby carrots - very low in calories (you can add hidden valley light ranch to dip which is 40 cals per Tbsp)
    Laughing cow light cheese spreads - 35 calories (spreadable which would be great on whole wheat toast or with sliced turkey)

    Sugar free jello w/ fat free cool whip

    Flavored rice cakes

    Apples w/ peanut butter

    Tomato Soup w/ a few goldfish crackers

    Multi-grain english muffin w/ peanut butter and banana

    Greek yogurt (check to make sure low in sugar) w/ low fat granola

    Haha! They're little cheddar crackers in the shape of a goldfish. It does sound quite odd. :)

    There's also penguin-shaped ones! My kids love them!
