    Greek yogurt (both plain and with fruit)
    Granola and frozen peaches/blueberries to mix into the plain yogurt
    Baby romaine or spinach for salads
    Grilled chicken strips
    Whole wheat tortillas
    Eggs
    Ground turkey/turkey sausage
    Protein bars (Quest Bars, preferably, if I can afford them)
    Bananas
    Broccoli florets (fresh to snack on, frozen for dinner)
    Salmon or tilapia
    String cheese
    Ice cream
    Chocolate for days when my calories don't allow me ice cream

    Everything I eat is a staple, but that's because I love food. :D I will say, however, that I eat EGG WHITES almost every single day. I think it's safe to say they are a staple for me.
