Pregnant, Breastfeeding, and weight lose?

So I recently found out I am pregnant. I am also nursing my 14 month old. Normally during pregnancy I lose weight but afterwards gain a LOT back. Its all a hormonal issue this time around to concentrate on keeping a healthy diet while pregnant that can roll over after the baby arrives I am still counting calories. But I know I need to take in extra while nursing and pregnant. Any advice how many extra I should take in?

This is one of those "ask your doctor" questions. There are some good estimates for calorie needs while nursing and calorie needs while pregnant, but I haven't seen any for nursing while pregnant. Your calorie needs are also going to shift over the coming months as your pregnancy progresses and your toddler gets older, so talking to your doctor is going to be your best bet, especially since you say you have hormonal issues and have a history of losing weight during pregnancy.0
