I'm aiming for at least 2x over. But you know- it's early still- I haven't had dinner yet0

-3000

I went about 600kcals over my maintenance. I'm not freaking out about it though, as I had a few sick days the past few weeks where I was eating below 1200.
It wouldn't have been bad if I did not have that pumpkin pie (400kcals per 6oz). It wasn't even that good, and now I'm uncomfortably full.0 -
Thats how i feel to darn Chinese food0

183, not too bad. Going to a movie tonight so it will be more.0

Haven't a clue, didn't log or keep track in any way but probably by about 2000?0

I'm estimating 1500 over maintenance for Christmas eve and Christmas, each day. Christmas eve I went out for last minute shopping and ended up eating lunch out and Woo! Tried something from Starbucks for the first time ever, even if it was shared. Lol. I'm pretty happy as long as I don't go over a pound in gain, or even a pound in a half. WORTH IT. Having pie later.0

I didn't log, so I have no idea. I'd rather not stress about logging on holidays. It might slow down my weight loss, but it's more enjoyable.0

I drank to forget what I ate lol0
-
1,100 over maintenance...lol0
-
A little over 300. I'm not worried about one day.0
-
Whoops make that almost 500...forgot to log the wine.0

Ditto, though I think I was within 1000...before the Pepsi I drank at midnight0 -
i havnt got a clue but probably over 10000

I actually managed to stay under all throughout the Christmas holidays. But NYE has always been bigger in terms of food than Christmas anyway. So, we'll see what next week brings…0
-
about 400, but I don't mind. I walked on the treadmill and kept my portions small.. while enjoying the heck out of the sweets.0
-
15000

1852. I'm not concerned though. Its Christmas and had the meal made for me, so I knew it would be over.0
-
I don't log on Christmas, but I'll estimate I went over by about 10,000 calories.0
-
I'm sure I forgot to log something, so I'm guessing 2-300 over maybe (I had a couple small chocolate candies that I'm guessing are about 100-150cal each, but I couldn't find them in the database and my mom couldn't recall what they were)?0

about 1000 over maintenance on the 24th and 25th put together. New Years is a non-holiday for me, so this is it for the goodies. Hope the extra sweets and Carbos don't give me cravings, cause I am ready to be done with the extras and back to feeling on track ... on the other hand the goodies were pretty phenom.0

I didn't log, but I guess about 800 over maintenance. And that was from mince pies and wine
I'm not bothered, it's just one day, and I did a PT session on Xmas eve, and I'm going for a run today.0 -
I'd say about 1000 over maintenance on Christmas day.. I've had a pretty junky week since Tuesday, but I never do weekly splurges, so I will be back to it tomorrow.0
-
Rough estimates on logging came in just under 6000 calories for the day so way over maintenance and exactly where I expected to be. I call it a success0

In holidays I gain more weight because in holidays we become lazy and we are eating food having more fat and calories. In holidays we just move attentions from maintenance of our body whose result is gaining calories .0
-
honestly i dont care how much.. Only happens a few times a year so enjoy it when you can but i guess mine was way over 10 000k.. I ate everything in sight..0
-
I did reasonably well. I surprised myself. Christmas Eve -367, Christmas Day +900. They are guestimates because I used MFP generic meals to calculate what I ate. I also fell off the wagon with 2 glasses of wine Christmas Eve and a glass of champagne and a Baileys Christmas day (calories included in the above). We'll see how accurate the guestimates are when I weigh in after my bike ride.0

I think about 1,000, but could easily be closer to 1,200/ 1,500. I stopped counting really, and just approximated. In future I think I am just going to treat feast days as feast days and not worry too much about what I eat, just as long as I give myself some sort of choice by making an effort to eat 'real' food as opposed to devouring the 'treat' food. Christmas cake and chocolate cake were my only real 'downfall' yesterday, lol0
