It is somewhat stressful, but I like that sort of atmosphere. It's one of my resolutions to work on though - finding the source of my anxiety and fixing it. Preferably without meds!
I have had similar but sought help because it was impairing my long-term and short-term memory. We eventually were able to discover abnormally low levels of serotonin. Treatment has worked wonders.0 -

I confess I am a coffee snob.
First thing I do every day is make coffee. It must be hot, black, no sugar or flavorings. I prefer whole bean over pre-ground Kenyan AA.
