    I confess that I haven't eaten an actual meal today...but I have had two homemade cupcakes and a lot of coffee...and a bit of the soy chorizo that went into the breakfast burritos I made for my husband and boys.

    I made valentines supper for my wife last night...she liked an appetizer I made so much I am making it again tonight.

    Shrimp Atascadero - butterfly collossal shrimp marinated in a hot sauce, gouda cheese, wrapped in bacon...broiled in the oven.
