    I like my short 15 mile walks during the day becuase:
    • Gives me a break from work
    • Let's me think/focus on one thing while I walk
    • Gets the blood and heart pumping since I sit on my butt most the day
    • The sun and light feeds my soul (I have not office window)
    • I listen to birds
    • Right now...ORANGE BLOSSOMS! And SPRING smells.
    • Watch people standing and smoking, and hope the see me and it inspires a change.

    I went and saw 50 shades of grey at the cinemas to pick up any singles that were there but forgot all about it because I was too busy watching it, terrible movie but had to get my moneys worth
