Great suggestions so far. I have been suffering from migraines since i was a teenager. My known triggers are hormonal, caffeine withdrawal and dehydration. Excedrin migraine works. I have gone to the chiropractor a few times and that helps for a few months. I make sure to drink coffee every morning cuz otherwise i am bound to get a migraine. My biggest issue is when i am pregnant and i cant take meds, i can have the same migraine for days on end. Anyway, good luck everyone and keep the suggestions coming.0

okay i have been suffering them my whole life. I get the migraines that have an aura and half my body goes numb and I can't speak properly. They are hemaplegic or something close to that. Usually I go straight to the hospital to get the i.v. and what not. But what does help is coffee! Also get your feet really warm so the blood rushes to them and put ice on the back of your neck! Also get someone to massage your neck and shoulders!0
