    Here in Canada, the day after Christmas is called Boxing Day and it is a statutory holiday too... Poor Calvin has to go to school while I sit at home playing on my computer...

    True story... I "launched" as a young man in autumn. That winter, my father retired the shovel I'd used for years and bought his first snowblower. In the spring, my father retired the crappy electric lawn mower I'd used for years and bought his first lawn tractor.
