Packed with hard boiled eggs, chocolate pudding snacks, 0%fat Greek yogurt! a huge amount of kale and white bean soup, home made chicken fajita burritos for lunches, almond milk (chocolate and vanilla, both unsweetened), kale, bell peppers, carrots, apples, a premodern green smoothie for the morning, and pomegranate sparkling water :)

You reminded me. I need to go pack my lunch for tomorrow! I have homemade white bean soup in mine too, but minus the kale. My dad can't eat it. :\

    Sorry no pics, because lazy.

Milk, pickles, light marg, light sour cream, vintage cheddar, 3 containers of home made 'fried' rice for lunches, wraps, a crisper full of vegies and an insane amount of various condiments.

I haven't done a grocery shop since we moved, so it's a bit light on.

    Fridge:

almond milk, dairy milk, 2 dozen eggs, shredded cheddar, crumbled peppercorn feta, basil herb wedges, lettuce, huge bag of baby spinach, arugula, green onion, cabbage, grapefruits, plain Greek yogurt, ground flaxseed, baker's yeast, prepared horseradish, 4 types of jam, pumpkin butter, butter, the last of a small tub of French onion dip, 3 types of mustard, vinegar, 2 types of rice vinegar, Sriracha, ketchup, chipotle dressing, lemon juice, lime juice, hazelnut flavoring, extra firm tofu, basil seed drink, diet cola, raw sesame seeds, basil leaves, pickled ginger, leftover baked cheesecake in a couple of containers, 2 individual salmon fillet packets thawing and 6 of what I'd refer to as "adult sippy cups" full of water.

    Freezer:

a million different frozen vegetables, salmon, huge box of Gulf shrimp, individual containers of canned pumpkin (for pancakes), walnuts, 1/3 bag of cranberries, veggie sausage, veggie burgers, and a couple bags of frozen berries.

It's pretty naked in there. Need a trip to Trader Joe's. However, still have some cool whip, so I got that going for me.

I was going to say that the fridge is about empty because I plan to go grocery shopping tomorrow. But, I went to take a look and there's all the staples still available. Milk, eggs, butter, sharp cheddar, lettuce, an apple, oranges, salsa and other condiments. A little yogurt and cottage cheese left.

What's disturbing is some coconut water, way in the back on the bottom shelf. I bought it long ago for smoothies, but always end up using my preferred milk. Now, the coconut water is way passed it's "best by" date. Should I throw it out? If I use it and it tastes bad, I'm afraid it will turn me off of coconut water forever and maybe it's because this one is just old.

I took a swig of too old coconut water recently. Definitely throw it out!

We threw it out because it broke and never got round to buying a new one, which has kind of helped, because now I have to leave the house everyday for food, which equals steps!

Jack, what a good way of looking at it, getting in more steps. I also need the additional steps, but couldn't live without my fridge.

@nicktai81 - just to clarify, opening your fridge does NOT count as "exercise". Don't log that. You will lose all your serious friends.

I know that...my use of the word exercise in this instance was synonymous with task.

But...it would depend on how heavy the fridge door is and how many reps are completed, although that would seriously deteriorate the quality of the food stores in it and increase the power bill.
