    ...Are we gonna get some pictures of wonderful butts forged in the fire of squat mountain? Cause I'm always in need of some extra inspiration.

    I don't know if my butt is exactly "wonderful" yet, but considering I'm still a lot closer to obesity than to a "normal" weight, I'm pretty pleased with what squats have done for me.

    Because for me they help my butt, all of the muscles in my legs and when I do weights which I am slowly adding my arms. They do this pretty much better than almost any other exercise I do.

    Wide stance powerlifting type squats will utilize the glutes more than narrow stance which is intensive on the quads. Also, lifting at higher intensity will cause more strength gain and less actual size gained. And lastly, stick legs on girls is gross,.When your BF% drops youll have amazing legs that look better than any skinny models sticks of flab.

    Legs are the foundation of a good strong body. Everything starts from the ground up. If the foundation sucks, then chances are it's not gonna be good for the rest of the structure.

    Gotcha. I should incorporate it into my workout. Assisted with barbell?

    If you're aiming to train muscles other than your legs, then deffo with a barbell. The barbell will incorporate your arms, shoulders, and back muscles for stability and balance, while the muscles in your leg performing the pushing motion.
