I eat McDonalds every week, had it today followed by 2 chocolate bars0

I didn't work out today, and my hormones influenced me to scarf a rich, thick, delicious, gooey piece of chocolate cake. I also eschewed my attempts to eat mostly vegetarian with a big, bloody chunk of prime rib prior to the cake.0

My filthy disgusting little secret is I polished off a two liter of ginger ale today, but the good news is I'm never buying a two liter of ginger ale again............and..........instead of drinking Britta filtered water from the tap.........I am from now on going to be buying and drinking nothing but distilled water. Take THAT ugly lard on my body.0

I had a big pack of Reese's (3 of them in there) and a 3 Musketeers at work today.
I worked out tonight, but still.
It was all yummy!
I realize I eat like a teenage boy, but I use the TDEE calculator and 2113 calories is what I am supposed to net based on my activity level. It works for me!0 -
