Sorry if the issue I'm raising in my post has been covered in detail in the past.

I'm currently down with a virus that requires antibiotics. Having seen a doctor today I've been told time off any training/lifting/exercise for at least 3 to 5 days plus the antibiotics should clear up my problem. At the time of writing this and with me feeling more unwell I've already been away from the gym for 3 days. Basically in total I'm going to be away from the gym for a maximum of 7 or 8 days.

How do I handle my nutrition during this period?

My current regime is all pro's program (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843) and as of my last work out I completed my day 2 of week 3 in week 3.

Please have a look at my training tracking on my bodyspace profile here: http://my.bodybuilding.com/workouts/workout-logs/anmonari

As for my nutrition when training I'm eating at 2200 calories which is close to my maintenance which us 2415 calories please see my previous post here http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10030318/help-with-muscle-gain-diet-workout-im-slightly-new-to-macros-and-clean-dieting-for-muscle-gain where I got really good advice regarding my nutrition.

You can see my current nutrition in my diary here:

Essentially as I mentioned earlier I would like some advice on how to handle my eating this period.

Eat at maintenance, you need rest and your body needs to heal :) Then come back well rested and exercise like a beast. Your body will love you for it!!

Not to diminish the importance of your post but it's not going to make a big difference either way given we're talking about 1 week.

Having said that, I'd stick your cals roughly at maintenance give or take.
