    Adapting a chicken potato& vegetable recipe from kraft (don't want carrots, using green peppers and mushrooms instead) & don't have their bottled salad dressing, using some sugar free balsamic & some olive oil for that instead. Have to go start it now!

    I had tortilla crusted tilapia (not the best but it was easy and fast) with baked asparagus with black pepper and garlic. MMM it was great! :)
