Scroll to the bottom of the page and watch the video..... OK, I am not saying it isn't exercise; all I am saying is that NO WAY IN HELL would I do that where anybody could see me do it...... not even a family member.
Would you do this outside? Or at all?
PS, watch the whole video for full effect.

I thought this was going to be about sex. *pouts*0

To answer the question, though, there's a girl who does this in my area. She's much more brave than I am. I would not be caught doing that, lol!0
-
If I did that outside (or inside) I'd be Baker Acted.0
-
Lol I just seen it on tv tonight very funny0
-
This is absolutely hilarious... I watched this yesterday at my desk at work :laugh:0
-
that is too funny! It reminds me of Phoebe on Friends!! No way in hell would I do that!0
-
Holy balls! That's hilarious!
I would never! Not even the drunk-version-of-me would do this.
Kudos to her and her pracercise/collagen lips0 -
my first thoughts were that it actually didnt look very different to girls marching in parades.. think about it..
while i did find the video hilarious.. if you have the balls to do it.. go for it. lol
&&& can i just say.. seriously.. look at the ladies body.. she might know what shes doing..
closest thing i've seen to this in person is there is a man about in his 50s that will walk/jog and do movements like he is a boxer.. at first glance i was like whhhatt.. and then i was like you go dude cuz i barely have the metaphorical balls to walk/jog in public.. let alone make movements and gestures without dying of embarassment.
to each their own.. and sometimes you gotta let your freak flag fly. i think its most important to find your own happiness and im positive that lady has!0 -
This made my day.0

This is true too. But I still can't stop giggling about it.0 -

YEP. I call my version "aerobo-dogging" because I added a hound into the mix. Open the link and read my description, it sounds virtually identical. Then read what happened to me after doing this on the middle school track.
There is a reason why I am STILL the "Crazy Track Lady" after all these years.

this cannot be a real thing0
-
I'd totally do it as long as my wife was around to be embarrassed by it.0
-
I can;t imagine doing this. Where I walk people know me. This would give them so much fodder. So to answer your question, I would never do this outdoors.0

Why not? I do something similar to this frequently. It's a great workout, totally freeing, and I really don't give a sheet what others think.
In fact, I get whistles, car horns and thumbs up when I am out doing my "thing". On the track two weeks ago, a mom with a baby in her stroller caught me on her phone as I walked around the track. I'm probably on Youtube somewhere, but I don't know how to search.
I think it's hilarious and have no intention of stopping. (PS, I also lost 50 lbs doing this)0 -
Banging your head against a wall burns 150 calories an hour i would rather do it than doing this hahaha0
-
That is all kinds of awesome right there. I admire the guts on that little lady, but the last thing I need is something to make me look even more ridiculous. Also, as a clutz, it just looks like an awkward to explain ER visit waiting to happen.0
-
I saw this the other day from another post. I don't think I'll be doing this inside or outside! LOL0

DEFINITELY COOL!
I have my 9 year old girls singing and dancing on our walks and * GASP* in the middle of a full supermarket:blushing:
I think it builds character.0 -
What the.....?!
It kinda reminds me of Elaine dancing on Seinfeld, but with ankle weights.0 -

Yes, I understand. Nothing worse than someone with a great big smile on their face when they see me doing my thing, while they're probably thinking: "Wow, she looks like she's having the time of her life!" I'd hate it if people were actually getting a laugh at my expense.
PS: I did a rousing version of "The Time Warp" in front of my students today. They applauded when I finished. Last year, I led my students in a flash mob of "Jai Ho!" during the all school musical.

LOL, what fun! She is to much, I wonder how many calories I would burn; maybe I will try this this wknd!0

we will need a video as proof.0 -
Haha, I am totally going to do this...at the right moment.0
-
I think it is lovely, this lady who has been plugging away at this, presumably with "the toe", since the 1980's is now getting national attention.
Would I do it though? Hmmm, probably not, I prefer gangnam style0 -
I'd totally do it as long as my wife was around to be embarrassed by it.
This. But I don't have a wife. So anyone I know will do.0 -
Fantastic:). So get out there and have some fun!0

I am wearing the wrong workout outfit. Also, I've been neglecting to wear all my jewelry as well. Seriously, that necklace would really start to chafe after all that prancing.
She also needs to learn to do a flying lead change. She always leads with her right foot and her muscles had to have developed differently is each of her legs, at least with the gallop. I do that with my horses.
Oh, and I wouldn't even do this if only my horses were around to see it.0 -
The camel toe is the sweet sweet icing on the cake of this vid.0
