Hello Everyone ,

I am a mother of 2 . During the 2 pregnancies gained more than 15 kgs .

I started the journey 2 months back .

My starting weight was 171 lbs

Today I stand at 160lbs

My aim is to reach 140 lbs .

I walk for an hour daily and burn in total 300 calories .

I left rice , no fried food , no cakes no cold drinks .

I am counting calories on MFP and that is helping me a lot .

I am not fully sure if I am counting the calories right , but I try to be as close as possible .

I am also looking for recipes ideas with low carb and high protein . I am Vegetarian , so no egg and no fish .

Any help or advice will be highly appreciated .

Anyone who would like to join me , is most welcome .
