i don't really have the time or energy to sit and make a playlist. i use songza on my phone, and it gives me different playlists, if i want energetic pop, or hard heavy metal, etc.

.... This will probably get me judged, BUT

I'll make a man out of you from Mulan... That song always gives me the motivation for that final push.

It will get you a judgment of awesomeness! That's my jam!

Am I the lone Spotify-er here? I have a long workout playlist but Spotify also has some good ones. I'm currently into their "Night Run" playlist.

I think "Get Me Bodied" is the ultimate cardio song of all time. I haven't listened to it in ages but sometimes the line, "cool off cool off" still pops into my head when I'm sweaty :)

And I love Wings by Little Mix (kind of a chick song I think <g>)

No, I'm on spotify too. I usually use the indie workout list.

I'm too lazy to ever make a play list but I like Fitradio, the hip hop and old school hip hop stations.

I also use Fit Radio! I like many of the stations but mostly listen to dance/trance genre. I use it while lifting. I keep track of songs I like and later on I add them to a playlist for when I go walking/jogging. I also like adding to my playlist music from certain video games, Final Fantasy, and sci-fi shows like Doctor Who.

The old ones are the best for me, my go to to get me started is Darude with Sandstorm, then maybe something a little gentler like, The Disturbed and Down with sickness, Motorhead, Ace of Spades, or a little Basement Jaxx or Gorillaz,
