I always eat it back now. Burned myself out not doing it before.0

I eat back half and reduce the burn my hrm gives. If it says I burned 400; I log it as 300 then eat back 150.0

Thank you for all the posts, using Brian's & runners world calc's looks like my walking calories are half what I've been logging and my running log slightly to little.
So thank you for these, has anyone got similar accurate calc's for swim & bike ?

Hi Billie,
I'm almost crying with laughter here.
I bet you do look cute in those jeans, even cuter out of them !
2 1/2 hours a day ? most people watch TV or read the paper cut those out and 2 1/2 is easy.
Back in 2011/2012 I used to do 19 hours a week (it's addictive) then at home I would spend at least 30 mins a day stretching.
I am so eager to get back to where I was, I loved those days.
