    Hi. You can do it. I remember pushing my one year old up the hill in her stroller in the middle of the summer heat. I knew I looked ridiculous but it is paying off. I was a hot mess and I didn't care who saw me and what they thought, I wanted OUT OF THAT OLD BODY. We are worthy.

    Yes, that was one comment a few of my friends made. The extra weight really made me so tired and gloomy. I never noticed that before how much older I looked until the weight started coming off.
