      I am trying I originally was down 40lbs and I gained half back. So I am on a mission to reach my goal and I try to give tips to all family and friends who are on the same journey.

      Hi! First off -- thank you so much! I feel like a new person and am overwhelmed sometimes by the changes I've made. We are so capable of doing anything we want to do once we set our minds to doing it. Good luck with your fitness journey darling!
