OP some of the people posting in this thread have lost over 100 lbs already. I'm not one of them, but I know others here who are... Listen to the good advice you've gotten. Be realistic with your expectations of the rate at which you will lose weight, and be realistic with your plan to achieve success - don't set yourself up for failure by being so restrictive that you can't sustain it in the long term...
