Is there a group in here for The Virgin Diet??? I have been on it 19 days and have lost 7 pounds and want to keep it going:)

    OP you probably won't find much support here for anything labeled The ________ Diet. Most MFPers are decidedly anti-fad diet.

    Wow, as a non-meat eater I wouldn't be left with much to choose from, so I'd definitely lose weight. But I'd only be able to stick to it for about a day.
