32 lbs down but is there a noticeable difference?

Thanks you guys. I have more than a few to go. My trainer tested my body fat % at 35 the other day which is down from 37% in december but still considered way overweight. I'm hoping to be in the low 20s by the end of the year or so.
That's awesome progress! You're making great strides, that's what is important. Sometimes you'll "see" more of a difference than others, but the overall effect is outstanding. Celebrate your success!0 -
