Custom goals set carbs to 5 or 10%, protein to 20 - 35 %, fat to make 100%. It only does steps of 5 in the standard interface. Calories 1200-1400 if sedentary.0

A lot of people go very low carb and try to get around 5% of carbs. Quite frankly though I find that I have best results if I eat more vegetables and more fiber. And I gravitate around 5-10%.
To know how much carbs you can handle start low and gradually add more. LCHF works also really well with a combinaison of intermittent fasting.0 -

Setting macros is an individual thing. It's why you don't find any place that just says "use these numbers." It is based on goals, current body weight and body fat %, which type of low carb you're attempting to do, and more.0
