This sounds pretty good, how big are the 100 calorie squares?

I've been making these with all kinds of additional/alternative ingredients and they are awesome!!! No sugar added, unless you add a few mini chocolate chips. You can freeze banana slices and thaw briefly and that works great if your current bananas aren't ripe enough. Grandkids love them too :)

Oh, and I cut them up and put in snack bags and into the freezer all of the time. Works great for grab and go work snacks.

I get 12 squares out of a 9x13 pan. They're a pretty good size though!

I had to build this recipe to believe these squares were only 100 calories, and since I must watch my carbs, I thought they might be really high. I got a pleasant surprise: 92 calories each, 19g carbs, 8 g sugar, 2 g protein and 4 g sodium.

I only used database listings with the most confirmations, and I crosschecked their info on the Self Nutrition database site.

So, even though I am marginally diabetic, these are a GO. Thanks!
