I love when people post their before pictures because sometimes they remind me of my before pictures and are huge motivators, and sometimes they look like where I am now (like yours!) and remind me that my body is normal and can continue to work it. I've lost 60lbs and am sitting around 210, a little taller than you are, and the exact same body shape.
We'll get there, girl! Feel free to add me, I have another 50lbs to go to my goal of 160lbs.1 -
Good for you!!! It takes great courage to post your pic! I applaud you and congratulations on starting a healthy 20181

I've never taken a before pic. Hate the camera on a good day. I'm going to give it a try. Maybe I need a good motivator like that.1

You can do it, and don't worry, my fat pic took a lot of guts to post as well. It is however the best motivation picture you will have.
Wish you all the best.1 -
thanks guys I love all the support you get here at MFP,

I want to lose about 30 lbs. I can live with 25 but that's my mini goal. I'm around 155 now and only 4'11" and miserable is an understatement.0

You can do this! Keep sticking at it even during the hard days and when you start seeing the difference in photos and people telling you, you'll feel amazing and will get there0 -
Amazing progress pictures, thanks for putting yourself out there and posting these photo's. I'm right at the start of my weight loss journey and I think I need to take some photos of my own for motivation.1

You can do it!1

me either saved it on my phone so its motivation0 -
Decided to post a quick *up to date photo*
Don't be fooled. Its not a drasric change. The lighting is better, having a tan is better, my posture is better and the angle is better.
However, to me it's not just about the *weightloss* from the photo, but the confidence I now have that I never had before. This summer I wore SHORT SHORTS!!! And didn't feel the need to cover myself up all the time.
I still have a belly, my diet still needs work!! (Big time) but I've lost & maintained and picked myself up when I've stared slacking.

I so agree about a good fitting bra. I had my first bra fitting two years ago and was so surprised to find out I had been wearing the wrong band size my whole life. It was two sizes too big!! I invest in quality bras as well. I even enjoy hand washing them now. Haha1

I used to look like that, and don't anymore! You can do this! Good Luck! And get yourself a food scale, and use it!

Enjoy the journey! Soon you will look back on all of your progress pictures with awe. I love your reasons for getting healthier. Children make us want to better ourselves, don't they?1

Good for you! Try to learn portion sizes from the scale so that eating out of the house is easier to estimate calories. Great job, btw!1 -
