How often do you weigh yourself?

Once a month, just before I go to the gym. It means there's been enough time for there have been a change, and it's at the same (or close enough) time and machine.0

I wish I could say that I weigh weekly - but I'd be lying!! I weigh myself every morning and I know I shouldn't. But it has actually helped me stay on track!!!0

Very rarely do I weigh myself unless I am cutting. I normally take measurements every two weeks or so, and use the body fat measurement to track fat loss. If you're working out consistently you will gain muscle (which weighs more than fat) so your scale will be higher, yet, you'll feel skinnier. That is ulimately the goal because that is what will help you maintain once you're done losing weight; muscles!0
