    Friday June 28th
    -need to walk 4.96 miles on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to meet my goal of 50 miles of walking in June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    -walked 2.26 miles around the neighbourhood around dinner time with my husband even though it was raining/spitting for part of the time
    -after going out to a restaurant for a late dinner, walked around the outside of the plaza where the restaurant was for 0.68 miles

    Saturday June 28th
    -walked 3.2 miles with my husband in our neighbourhood vicinity but ventured farther away from our local neighbourhood to change it up so I wouldn't get bored and want to go home sooner
    -had to push myself to do more than 2 miles as it became hot and humid and I had had enough but I pressed on to achieve a little over 3 miles

    Saturday June 29th
    -went for another walk around 9:00pm with my husband (drove to another neighbourhood to walk somewhere else new)
    -walked 3.39 miles
    -completed 44.64 miles
    -have to do 5.36 miles on Sunday

    17 June 4 miles i walked and Jogged this morning 2 miles, not done a jog in a long time, Goal to jog around our park .
    18th June 5 miles
    19th June 6 miles.
    20th June 5 miles
    21st June 9 miles these days we hiked at the Belknap hot springs really nice up there.
    22nd June 3 miles waked and jogged 1.25 miles this morning,

    Sunday June 30th
    -had to do 5.36 miles to achieve 50 walking miles in June
    -forced myself to walk 1.89 miles on the treadmill after breakfast and before church
    -then needed to do 3.47 miles sometime before or after my 6:30pm beach volleyball!!!!
    -walked 1.56 miles in the afternoon by myself around my parents' neighbourhood (it was warmer & more humid than my preferred walking conditions but I forced myself to go anyway)
    -then needed to do 1.91 miles before the day was done to achieve 50 miles in June
    -forced myself to walk 1.94 miles on the treadmill around 5:00pm before leaving for beach volleyball and I even forced myself to do some jogging on the treadmill which is extremely rare for me

    I'm in! I was thrilled to get my total report in May and had 60.3 so I want to keep it up. I even have two weeks of vaca in June so the goal is to keep the work despite the trip! I will update weekly on Mondays when my app sends me my totals.

    6/3 - 4.45 mi (dates 6/1-6/3)
    6/10 - 12.4 mi (6/4 - 6/9)
    6/17- 21.32 (6/10-6/16)
    6/24- 16.8 (6/17-6/24)
    6/30- 24 (6/25-30)

    Total so far in June: 80.75 mi

    I am late finishing this up but I was on vacation....this monthly goal was surpassed but because I spent the last two weeks on vacation running, walking, biking, and hiking. Thanks for the challenge!!!!
