I'm not a photos girl. I cook and if it's good, I eat:). Tonight I made potato leek soup with bacon. Takes about 30 minutes from start to finish; under 400 cal per serving.

Today I threw all these things in a pan: garlic, onion, zucchini, squash, tomato, mushrooms, spinach, black beans, ground turkey, chipotle hot sauce. I don't know...besides the black beans I've eaten it every night for the past week straight. 400 calories for a crap ton of food. I'm no cook!

I seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, mrs dash's garlic blend and original blend, salt less Cajun seasoning, and tomato basil seasoning! Thank you!

Nice! I love a good quiche! Just trying to stay away from dairy. And quiche isn't the same without dairy
  • Creamy kale spaghetti squash--spagetti squash, sun dried tomato, kale, laughing cow cheese and chicken breast or shrimp 230 calories per bowl

lean ground beef patty seasoned with adobo and green Tobasco, baby lettuces with a light splash of sesame ginger dressing, glass of blackberry merlot. So I've got Latin, Asian and French going on here.

    What's for snacks tonight?
  • Bourbon glazed salmon, kale mix salad with Italian vinaigrette, and white rice. Mmmm!

Nothing fancy, probably a lean beef burger (either on a bun or in a lettuce wrap, depending on how I feel post-workout) with green beans and carrots.
