I'd go outside for a nice bike ride and burn some of the calories off.
or I'd probably eat spinach for the rest of the day. :sick:0 -
Food = energy

Don't freak out and alter the rest of your plan simply because of one high-calorie meal. One meal won't make a huge difference. However, you could always go for a jog if you're afraid you'll be over in calories. Sometimes, when I see that I'm nearing my limit, I'll do a short workout. Just makes me feel better!0

Hope that I do good during lunch and dinner.0

BTDT, I just try to keep my veggies and protein g up after that and do a bit of damage control until tomorrow

I go on eating like I normally would. Going over your calories one day isn't going to hurt your progress, and starving yourself the rest of the day is just a recipe for disaster.
Be glad you got to eat so much yummy food (since lots of people don't have access to so much yummy food) and go on about your day.0
