24 Hour Challenge - June

Options
I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying.

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of June

Here goes:
June 1st (Sat) - 30min bike, 60min yoga, 30min walk (22hrs left)

    Here is my first start off. June 1st: 32 mins.
    Still have 23hrs and 28mins left.
    Hopefully can make it this month. Didn't make it last month by a few mins, but made it the month before lol so gotta work hard!

    06/02-45 minutes of hiking


    I will be hiking half dome in Yosemite this weekend and that will be a good 10 hours haha. I feel like that is cheating though so I will still try and make it without counting that. good luck!!

    June !st - 37 minutes C25k program
    June 3rd - 60 minutes C25k program and walking
    June 4th - 70 minutes Spin class

    24 hours = 1440 minutes
    Total done so far 167 minutes = Total Until Completion 1273 minutes to go

    June !st - 37 minutes C25k program
    June 3rd - 60 minutes C25k program and walking
    June 4th - 70 minutes Spin class

    24 hours = 1440 minutes
    Total done so far 167 minutes = Total Until Completion 1273 minutes to go

    Additional 60 minutes done today from jogging and walking

    Total Done so far to date 227 minutes - Total Until Completion 1213

    from june 2nd to june 4th i earned another 47 minutes. So that leaves me with 22hrs and 41mins left. I gotta get a moving! lol

    6-1...30 min walk
    6-3....60 min treadmill
    6-4....60 min burn class (kind of like cross fit)
    6-6....60 min burn class
    6-7....40 min treadmill

    250min/4.16 hrs

    An extra 5hrs 31mins gathered from the 5th to the 7th. leaving me with 17hrs and 10mins left. That's really awesome.

    OK, so I've already fallen off the wagon - excuse is busy week at work and soo tired. I barely made last months and this looks questionable now this month but that's why it's a challenge for me. It's so great to see everyone. Good luck to us all!
