    June !st - 37 minutes C25k program
    June 3rd - 60 minutes C25k program and walking
    June 4th - 70 minutes Spin class

    24 hours = 1440 minutes
    Total done so far 167 minutes = Total Until Completion 1273 minutes to go

    Additional 60 minutes done today from jogging and walking

    Total Done so far to date 227 minutes - Total Until Completion 1213

    Additional 60 minutes Done today on the Elliptical

    Total Done so far to date 287 minutes = Total Until Completion 1153

    Additional 82 minutes done today on bike ride

    June 1st: 35 min pilates, 30 minute yoga, 12 minute walk= 1 hour 17 minutes
    June 2nd: 30 minute walk 20 minute bodyweight exercises= 50 minutes
    June 3rd: 65 min yoga, 20 min run, 10 min walk= 1 hour 35 minutes
    June 4th: 30 min abs/low back circuit, 24 min chest and shoulders, 10 min yoga= 1 hour 4 min
    June 5th (National Running Day): 22 minute run, 10 minute walk, 10 minute stretch/yoga= 42 min
    June 6th: 26 min thigh/butt workout, 13 min aerobics= 39 min
    June 7th: 60 min walk (did more, but only counting an hour ...was walking through amusement park)
    June 8: Rest Day
    June 9: 25 min run, 10 min walk, 25 min yoga= 1 hour
    15 hours 53 minutes to go.

    Here is my first start off. June 1st: 32 mins.
    Still have 23hrs and 28mins left.
    Hopefully can make it this month. Didn't make it last month by a few mins, but made it the month before lol so gotta work hard!

    from june 2nd to june 4th i earned another 47 minutes. So that leaves me with 22hrs and 41mins left. I gotta get a moving! lol

    An extra 5hrs 31mins gathered from the 5th to the 7th. leaving me with 17hrs and 10mins left. That's really awesome.

    An extra 4hrs and 23 mins from june 8th to june 12th making it at 12hrs and 47mins left. Woot woot.

    strength training 20 min
    June 6- stationary bike 40 min
    strength training- 20 min
    June 10- Bike 30 min

    Total so far 2 hours 55 min - going to ease back into workouts tomorrow

    June 10- Bike 30 min

    Total so far 2 hours 55 min - going to ease back into workouts tomorrow

    Hey don't worry about being late you are doing great even with injury.. Keep up the great work!!
