    - inner thighs
    - posture
    - gut
    - triceps

    for starters...

    I use Tracy Anderson Mate Method workout and what it does it tones your body and you will get results automatically and run at least 4 miles a day. you fat will be melting and your body will be toned. I lost 17 pounds.

    That sounds awesome! I need to try that!

    naming a body part to improve is not a goal. goals should be specific. measurable.
    saying improve my butt, doesn't say anything. how do you know when you've acheived your goal?
    just wishing something would happen doesn't do anything. you need a plan.

    endless rep workouts and endurance running don't build significant muscle.

    This is my goal too. Over all fat loss and working on muscles with some weights and a good deal of body weight training.
