    fat-free cheese is the enemy. yuck.

    Yup, fat-free cheese has the weirdest texture and tastes wrong. Bleh! :'(

    I eat cheese every day BUT I weigh it out and log it! It's very calorie dense so it's best to be careful with it.

    I eat cheddar cheese regularly, though sometimes it's in another product. I like both extra sharp and mild.

    Dairy products (in moderation) are one of the few foods that have shown promise of helping with weight loss, beyond simple calorie reduction alone. Go ahead and eat cheese. You will probably lose weight more quickly if you do.

    I lvoe me some cheese and eat it regularly, but not the fat-free stuff - ick! Do not be afraid of fat - it is not the enemy! Sure, some fats are better for us than others, but in general fat doesn't make us fat, too many calories do!

    Life is too short to eat fat free dairy - go for the good stuff in reasonable portions that fit in your goals.
