fall semester success progress pic

In the beginning of the fall semester I told myself it was time to get back in shape and took a photo to give myself a starting point. I cut back on alcohol, improved my eating, and started working out six times a week.

Today was the first day of classes for the spring semester and I took a photo to see my progress and though it isn't huge I still feel very proud of myself for being able to manage the stress of school and still lose weight and get healthier!

If anyone else has progress pics while in school please share I love the motivation!

I'm 5'7" and went from around 176 pounds in September to around 156.

hahahah thank you and no of course not those are my slippers!

As though that has ever stopped coeds from wearing them. One of my professors had to ban pajamas one semester
