Taking it, along with keeping a daily journal of what I eat, taking time for exercise daily, I went from 328 to 264. The Garcinia Cambogia eats fat cells before they are ever stored.. As I understand it. I am a Nurse.. I recommend to try it. It can, unfortunately, may have adverse reactions with prescribed medications and results from taking it vary.
Do you think maybe keeping a record of what you eat and exercising helped you more than the Garcinia?
And for what it's worth... I'm a nurse too and I say avoid "miricle cures"0 -

Ah, you lost weight, because you were in a deficit. You lost money because you wasted it on magic pills.

You take caffeine to limit your caffeine intake

I'm surprised a health care professional would recommend this. ..0 -

Me too, although I guess I shouldn't be because Dr. Oz.
I've also got a friend who is a nurse but who buys into every diet fad there is, so I guess a good education isn't necessarily a defense.0 -

Well in all fairness, most healthcare professionals have zero education in this area. So i always struggle when people try to throw that credential around. Heck, my friend is a pediatric cardiologist and i know a hell of a lot more than her when it comes to nutrition issues.

I've used forskolin in the lab, it's an adenylyl cyclase activator. We use it in tissue culture experiments when we want to elevate cAMP levels within the cells. cAMP is what's known as a second messenger, and is necessary for the activation of a variety of signaling pathways.
This. I use it.
