Pshhh I wish I had a boyfriend...spending another year alone...ugh.0

Usually I did chocolates and a card or something like that, but last year I hid my surprise in his car and made up a joke that I left something in there so he would have to go and check asap. We didn't hang out for it and he didn't even know what day it was and was awkward about me giving him something...I guess this year I better just leave it and not say anything.0

We'll probably cook a steak dinner, get drunk, play computer then pass out at some point.
I'll probably but myself some flowers too.:)0 -

I celebrate Galentine's day. I have all my girls over and we eat chocolate, drink wine and talk about boys!0

95% of guys don't care about Valentines day. and the other 5% are pretending for their girlfriend/wife.0

LOL I realized last week that we both forgot to get each other Christmas presents. Like we had presents picked out for each other and just forgot to go out and get them. Fail.
Anyway idk, we don't make a big deal of holidays. Last year we went out to a Szechuan restaurant and had cupcakes from a nice bakery, and he got me flowers. I think he insisted on paying. This year will probably be similar, maybe I will insist on paying this time LOL.0 -
We call it the "Commercialisation of Love Day" and typically just spend our time snuggling. So nothing for the hunny, but I'm getting him something special for our anniversary (which is 11 days before).0

I hope she gives me that weekend, in a hotel room, all by myself. It's what I got her last year.0

Anything he requests....0

Normally we're not big on Valentine's Day but it's our first as a married couple. There's a bridge in our city nicknamed the Lovelock Bridge (like the one in Paris) where people attach locks with their names engraved on them. I might do that.0

My fiance will be working, so we're going to enjoy a nice dinner together before our next college semester starts instead. We don't really exchange gifts - I am making a big photo collage for our bedroom of our engagement pictures for him, but that's mostly for me, let's be honest.0

But... but there is that 5%. /cry And I got one of them. He remembers birthdays and anniversaries.... of junk I forgot even happened.
Him: "Happy anniversary"
Me: *blink blink* "We got married on July 4th so I would remember."
Him: <insert random event> "Of the first time I said I love you." "Of the day I moved to Cali" "Of when we decided to get married."
Me: "How do you remember this *kitten*?"0
