    Mine starts moving from top down and bottom up at the same time. So face, shoulders, chest at the same time as feet, ankles, calves. Last, unfortunately, are the stomach, hips and thighs. I think a little layer comes off of everything but the noticeable changes are as described above.

    Abdomen for me. I do exercises at home that target the abs 4-5 times/week and I include yoga to get a good stretch. Good Luck!
