Fantastic work! Welcome to the finish line ... of the first event.
Next up is maintaining and improving even further. Keep that same focus in place that got you to your current level.

congrats ..but you are never "done"…now you need to keep it off …I would suggest maybe turning to a different goal like body recomp or something like that…

thinning that one is "done" sets up the mindset that it is OK to go back to old habits…however, re-inventing ones goals will make sure that said old habits do not come back...

Yes congratulations, but please stick around. The recidivism rate for people is really high. 90% of people who lose over 10% of their body weight regain it after a year. It takes a real change of lifestyle to keep the weight off. And if the loss is fast the certainty of regaining is even higher.

Good job. I would say you are done for losing weight, but for maintenance you are never done. It is a lifelong thing.

Yea, no one is jumping on you. That's for sure. Tone is just hard to read on typed text sometimes.

First of all, "Congratulations"!!! It feels good huh?!?

As an individual who has always struggled with my weight, my grandma used to say, "I was big boned", this is a lifelong commitment to yourself. Being healthy, taking one day at a time, being at peace with who YOU are, that is the number priority, for life!

Great job! I guess in the same way that some people cannot say "sorry" without adding "but...", some people also cannot say "WTG!" without adding unsolicited advice.

Honestly, I appreciate most of the advice. When I post here I know I will get advice, and sometimes I utilize it. I have my own agenda and I know it's working for me regardless if what the experts say. I look at my own pics and realize that most people in my previous shape will never be able to make the rebound that I have accomplished. I feel very blessed and motivated.
