    my goal is 1500, though I usually end up adding some on workout days since I am always hungry too :smile: Always looking for new meal ideas!

    I'm at 1440 plus I eat back a portion of my exercise calories. Feel free to add me. I keep my food diary open.

    Add me! I am set at 1450 but allow myself to go up to 1580 when I exercise. I eat throughout the day at planned times that are the most convenient. My diary is open for you to look at if you want.

    I'm probably not a woman, but if you're having hunger issues, go for more fiber or protein if you are slacking on those. Some super low-fat meats, like a tuna salad with light mayo or 99% fat free ground turkey with celery and peas over 1/2 cup of cooked lentils will murder hunger.

    Lentils are love!

    My goal is 1,600
    ...and I'm never too full to get all my calories in. Whenever I'm short, it's only because I ran out of time ;)
