I have always put bunnies to shame, so can't say that it has increased, but the endurance and stamina have. Not to mention the ability to enjoy a lot more of the bendy stuff.

My sex drive has always been extremely high. However, losing weight and exercise makes me more confident to wearing lingerie and being able to try more things (positions) and such in the bedroom... bringing new excitement, therefore making me want it even more. TMI???

I am definitely the same way and thankfully my husband is a nymph too :-) win win

I always had a high sex drive. I never noticed a difference between working out and not when it comes to that.
