Pinterest is your friend. Make your own. I make a lot of desserts and only very few will have any added sugar (a little honey maple syrup). Mostly I use dates, bananas, applesauce. Lots of great recipes on pinterest.0

Healthy desserts pretty much suck. If I'm going to eat a dessert, it's going to be legit w/ all sorts of sugar, fat & tons of calories.0

I core an apple, fill it with nuts, cinnamon, and Stevia. Nuke for two minutes. Serve with a dollop of Greek Yogurt.0

Just because its healthy doesn't mean it doesn't taste as good as your "legit dessert." No one can ever tell my desserts are healthy. I only tell them what's in it after the fact.0 -
My personal favorite is greek yogurt with honey and blueberries. And apples slices with almond butter or peanut butter. You can also try single serving banana bread ( i bake it in a cupcake tray so it looks fancy). The recepie is on this page http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com +you will find very good single serving recepies so you will avoid overeating plus they actually taste good0

Anything that does not have refined sugar and grains, which is... pretty much anything homemade without it or raw desserts from health food stores (read labels).

Yes, it's hard to avoid sugar... Good work, keep it up!!!
no need to avoid sugar..
calorie deficit = weight loss
not individual food choice.0 -
i love berries (any kind you like), and it's even better because they're low in calories and sugar. a bowl of berries with some low-fat or non-fat creamer poured on top and some stevia is sooo good!0

Chocolate Avocado Chia Pudding
1 avocado
2 ½ Tbsp honey
2 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla
Mash the avocado until smooth. Add in rest of ingredients and mix well. Divide pudding among 2 ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 mins. May garnish with chopped walnuts or Greek yogurt.
Serves 2. 300 kcal/ea
Sounds good, will try it thank you!!

i like banana "popsicles." put a popsicle stick in half a banana, spread natural peanut butter over the banana, roll it in mini chocolate chips and freeze it. yummy and you get some protein with your sugar!0
-
apple slices with peanut butter and sprinkled with chocolate chips and coconut flakes is also yummy0
-
I got one of these as an Ocado sampler the other day - the salted caramel one.
