Boot Camp

I do a weekly boot camp with a personal trainer and I'm not sure what to log it as. Any suggestions please?

    I was told to list it as Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort

    I use circuit training if it's a mix of cardio and strength exercises.

    Log as circuit training.

    Consider getting a HRM if you're doing any kind of steady state cardio, and log it as such. And bootcamp - just take the numbers with a grain of salt as you're not constantly moving and the calorie burn can be over estimated!
