Sugars & carbs from fruit

Personally I don't lose as quickly if I eat fruit, I think it definitely has its place in a healthy diet but just because it's considered healthy it shouldn't be consumed in large quantities. I'd say 1-2 portions a day max. Go crazy on veg but with fruit I would say be a bit more conscious... It's probably true that nobody ever got fat from fruit but it can definitely be the thing that's stopping you from losing the last few pounds.0

Fruit has calories. If you overeat (exceed the calories you need to lose), you won't, obviously. This idea that it has some mysterious power to stall weight loss beyond the effect of its calories is puzzling, however.0

I guess the bottom line is, food is food and a calorie is a calorie no matter what form it comes in. Eat too many and you'll gain weight0

Even over the last few years since I have started being careful about my diet, my weight jumps up every June when fruit is cheap, local and plentiful. I can easily gain ten pounds just by going from one fruit a day to three or four servings.
There is nothing in fruit that you can't get from vegetables.
D-limone is found in what veggies?
Do you mean limonene? if so it is a pretty awesome nutrient.
We don't need limonene to live, do we? Not trying to be argumentative, I'm curious. Cursory googling doesn't answer this question.
I certainly have limonene in my diet as I use citrus rind/zest in my cooking. Just recently, I made a salad with whole roasted lemons, skin included. I do eat fruit, I just try to limit myself to a serving or two a day and to get the rest of my 10-daily from vegetables.0 -

Nope you do not need Limonene to live - in fact you can go your whole life without consuming it and it would not make you any less healthy, as long as you are getting your vits and mins from other sources and eating a healthy diet.
It does have a fantastic function though of clearing out fat sludge!

Has nothing to do with my question to you.
So you're either ignorant or a liar-1 -
