Loss/gain for the month so far: (2/11) 0.1 kg
Loss/gain for the week(2/18): 0.9 kg
Loss/gain for the month so far(2/18): 1 kg
Struggles or successes of your week: (2/11) I went home for the weekend and struggled to count accurately. Actually went up to 58.6 kgs! But good to see that I've recovered
Struggles or successes of the week(2/18): Can't say I've had any. I was craving sweet things on Sunday and I did eat a little over my daily calories but it wasn't a train wreck. It's the first time I've been in the 57 range so I'm quite psyched about that! And I've reached my goal weight for the month! With 2 more weigh ins, let's see what happens

Struggles or successes of your week: I've been really sick all week, but I forced myself to eat and log. I didn't get to add my workouts, but that will come when I'm feeling a bit stronger.
I do have a question. If you stay under the 1200 calories, it says it won't show certain functions and that you're not eating enough. But isnt that 1200 the goal?

I am getting back on track, but im nervous that I am going to eat a lot when my dad comes, and just for one day. I am no where near the 10 pounds i want this month, Ill be lucky if i get to 5 which is impossible for one week, unless I decide not to eat, which I am trying to refrain from, since I want to do this healthy. this month has been a big set back since that one week were i wouldnt stop eating.
If i can lose 2 pounds per week for the next 14 weeks, I will still be able to hit my goal, of 40 pounds by june 1st. Wish me luck and add me if you wanna see me on my journey and share yours as well0 -

Just remember tomorrow is a new day. And tomorrow you can make the choices to get back on the path you want to be on. You can do it!!! I believe in you!!!!
Yep! I agree tomorrow's another day! Don't think about your (supposed) failures for the month so far, start now and set you thoughts ahead! Stay on course, you're your best coach!!0 -

Honestly your body needs at least 1200 calories no matter what your weight. Eating that little just puts your body into starvation and you could end up gaining weight.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: chocolate and going over on calories (however, over for the week would have AT MOST added 1.5 pounds, how on earth did I add SEVEN?!?!?)
after three weeks of getting up at 4 am to cross train with cardio, abs, and decent (8#) weights, I feel like a different person than I did when we started. I feel stronger, way more confident, and generally more optimistic. It is frustrating that I am the kind of person that builds muscle quickly (and lose it quickly) so that I don't notice a huge scale change when I stop working out, but when I get back into it I always see plateaus and increases. I KNOW that muscle weighs more than fat and has less volume, so I KNOW that these are positive signs of my body changing, but the reports and groups are designed around losing pounds which I still have not done.
I know there are areas in which to improve. I'm not kidding myself on that.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I felt very hungry again this week, so I upped my calories. My goal is still -2 lbs per week, but -1.5 coming from diet and -0.5 coming from exercise. Workouts have been good this week; I increased to 3 days / week lifting - all complete body workouts. I have to pick up an extra -0.2 to meet the goal for the month - uggghhhh!0 -

I took a look at your food diary for the last week, and it shows that you are consuming A LOT of sodium and not that much water (that is logged). That could have an effect on your weight gain too. Maybe try decreasing your sodium intake, or trying to up your water intake more?0
