    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggling with motivation as I'm losing slower than I used to. I guess I should have seen it coming since I weigh a lot less than I used to, but it's still frustrating.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Knew I'd go up from being ill last week. Glad it wasn't by a lot. Going to have to up my game this week though. Went a little overboard yesterday. Had a T-Bone steak, lots of wine, lots of other booze, lots of chocolate, and doughnuts. Didn't bother logging most of it because I have no clue how much I ate or what brands or anything. Apparently didn't go as overboard as I though I did though. Happy for that.

    We'll see how the week goes from here.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Having not eaten fast food in ages, my husband and I made a McD's Valentine's date, only to feel sick immediately after eating our grease-laden meal. So ends my love affair with the filet-o-fish. I skipped my weight workouts this week, but I felt I needed a little break. Excited to try out water exercises this week to add some variety to my routine.

    Success- I just finished my last day of week 4 of Insanity! I finished my first month! Now 1 week of recovery week and than onto month 2!

    Struggles of your week: Honestly suprised at the scale this morning. Cause I drank a lot last night and even got the drunkies. Not to mention I didn't exercise yesterday either. I do need to stop munching in the middle of the night when I stay up late.

    Successes of your week: I've been able to go pretty hard with my workouts and not be so sore the next day that I can't do it again.

    Struggle: I ate whatever I wanted yesterday and I'm continuing today. Don't really care though. I'm back on track Monday.
    Success: I made an effort to be active this week and I was very successful. I'm back to exercising 2-3 times a week.

    Really wanted a fudged brownie - walked around the grocery store twice trying to find just 1. If I'm going to cheat, I refuse to have more temptation. Couldn't find it. Ate two slices of cheese instead. Not a great substitute.

    Successes- did my 30 day shred days 2 and 3. Best success- i actually worked out after work (a first for me- my job is very active and exhausts me). Also, i had to change my goal weight for the month because i hit the first one!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I reached my goal weight earlier, my cut might not last past mid march :-). Realizing my bad days in January didn't throw me way off. Glad to have had 15 consecutive clean days, will make my birthday cheat weekend all the more epic

    Struggles For the Week: This week has been a bad week for me. More snacking, two binges and less exercise, I have no idea how I managed to lose over 2lbs this week! But I will not fall back into my old habits! Today is a fresh start.

    Success: I have managed to meet my goal already, which I am very pleased about, considering I screwed up this week pretty badly.
