I'm trying 16:8 this month so I really can't have any late night snacks because then I can't have any food until late afternoon0

Love this idea! I'm a little late to the game, but feel I can use the late night support. As of last night I'm 0:1. With your support, I hope to get there.0

Hey guys! Late night snacking is a SERIOUS problem for me. SHUCKS, let me be real, snacking period is an issue! So, I would like to join this challenge to banish my bad snacking habit. I commit (fingers crossed) to not snack (bad food) after dinner for 30 days. Hopefully this will be the start of something wonderful!

Actually didn't snack last night. It amazes me how I can "drift" into the kitchen after 9pm. I ended up having a cranberry juice but at least it wasn't cereal or chips. I'll try for decaf tea tonight & an earlier bedtime.0

It was only a slice of bread and butter before bed when I was hungry. Happy I chose that over the junk food at least!0 -
So glad I just found this! I have an awful habit of waiting for everyone to fall asleep And then the snacking begins and shortly after the guilt!0

Thanks to your help, I'm 1:1. Thanks for getting me on the right track :-)0

Super job, everyone! Keep it up! You CAN do this!
And welcome to the newcomers! Hope the challenge helps you too. It has definitely been great scaffolding for helping keep up my goal!0 -

Funny thing, I used to eat a lot at night. Now that I'm making an effort not to eat after 7, I'm realizing that I'm not usually even hungry.0 -

There was no excuse for my snacking last night. Just lazy and unmotivated. Today will be better!0 -

Had string cheese and a serving of granola, but I had a hard time stopping with the latter.0 -

My brother came by and opened a pack of my 90 calorie s'mores crisps. He didn't want to finish them, so I ate the rest. If that wouldn't have happened, I'd be chalking up one for me.0 -
My goal is to get to bed earlier. When I don't I eat/drink. Sleep is good. Sleep is good.0

I'm really proud of myself for not giving in and eating alllll the sweets in the house the past few nights. I know this weekend is going to be tough (for everyone!) with all the chocolate and treats hanging around. I'm going to try to stay busy right up until I go to bed so I'm not tempted to drift into the kitchen.0 -

Boo.... exhaustion got the best of me0 -
This is a serious problem for me and the reason that I have packed on the pounds in the last couple of years. I think it'll really help me to be a part of this challenge.

Late to the challenge but I NEED this!! I really think it's what I eat after 8 that has slowed my weight loss down. I also notice I'm less likely to track the little bits I graze on after dinner so it's easier to get out of control. Tonight is night 1 for me!!!0
